Help with a PDF function

I have a question about links.
In a pdf document I created external links, directing to my social networks and some links to move between pages within the pdf itself.
I exported and it worked perfectly on the desktop. HOWEVER, when executing this same pdf document on a smartphone it recognizes only the external links, the scroll links within the pdf itself do not work.
I wonder if it is possible to fix this or if this function does not really work on the smartphone?

What kind of links do you use for the internal links?

Select a box
I choose the option CREATE LINK
Link action / Go to a page view
And finally choose the desired page

The application is a catalog menu.

This will work in Acrobat Reader.

I will have to encourage customers to download acrobat for the pdf to work correctly. Let's see if it works.Thank you for your help.

What app are you using to open it, and on what platform?

Tested using the smartphone's own pdf viewer.

OK, that is not surprising. Non-Adobe apps are usually pretty bad when it comes to links, fields, scripts, etc.

I will have to try to encourage the download of the Acrobat app for the pdf to work correctly.
