HIDDEN FOLDER AND FILES DATASTORE

Adobe appears to be creating hidden folders on desktop with ~~ preceding folder name containing various files like datastore.pdf or datastore.csv. What is their purpose and how to delete these?

Acrobat Reader DC on Win10 OS.

Here are the files created in the hidden folder. All can be opened. The  pdf file contains a description  of Adobe pdf files while the others contain the Lorem ipsum type gibberish.
