Hi!
I want to hide the vertical and horizontal scrollbars in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. They take up screen space and I never use them. I use Alt+Up, Alt+Down, Alt+Left, Alt+Right and the mouse wheel to scroll instead. Thank you.
Yours,
Claudio
Hello Claudio,
I am sorry, but we cannot remove the Vertical and Horizontal scrollbar from Reader, as it's a design view and behavior, and we cannot make changes in it.
Hope this helps.

Hello Claudio,
As per the description above, you want to hide the vertical and horizontal scrollbar in Acrobat Reader DC, Is that correct?
Please refer to the following KB doc and try the steps associated with Registry(for Windows only) General Preferences Link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Windows/AVGeneral.html

Thank you.
As suggested in the first link provided, I changed the value of bShowHorizontalScrollbar from 0 to 1 but nothing happened... The horizontal scrollbar still shows. Even if it worked, it is not what I wanted. I wanted to hide the horizontal scrollbar always, not only when the document width is narrower than the window. Moreover, the above mentioned link doesn't say anything about the vertical scrollbar. As a matter of fact, I would eliminate all scrollbars, not only in Adobe Reader, but on Windows.
Thanks again,
Claudio
