How do I print a document from the nycers web site
First. Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed (no membership required). Get it here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Once that is done, go to the site, right-click the link to the file, choose to save to your computer. Next, open Reader and use File>Open to open the file.

A little more info would be helpful. What is the Nycers website? What type of document is it? How are you opening the document (in or out of a web browser)? Have you tried printing? If it didn't work, what happened?

Nycers is a New York City pension web site. I am looking to print a award letter or1099 tax letter. On the web site when it says to print document, it sends me to a free download of an adobe reader. Haven’t tried to print. Can’t find document on adobe reader. Established an membership to adobe, but as of yet , don’t know how to get to document or how to print it

"Assumed answered" is simply a forum default thing that happens any time someone replies. Doesn't mean "answered" until you as the original poster marks it as answered. Anyhow, you should see my reply by now...

What is happening is, you are trying to open in a web browser that does not support Adobe Acrobat Reader and without it, it won't open many types of forms (which it looks like that is what you want) so you have to download the file first and open directly in Acrobat Reader.
