How do you choose layout when printing comments? (MAC OS)

Hi there, 

I'm trying to print a pdf with comments. I have found the print summary option but I cannot find the choose a layout option like below. I don't appear to have this option. 

Is this still an option in Adobe Reader? Are there slight differences in Abobe Reader depending on whether you are using Windows or Mac OS?

Acrobat Reader doesn't have this options. The instructions are for Adobe Acrobat.

These instructions are for Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Standard (vs Acrobat Reader).
