How to add the file of mp4 into PDF.

hi,I have a question: how to add the file of mp4 into PDF，and then the reader can use acrobat reader to read it without any other being asked ! to download other software like flash.........,hope to get reply,thanks

In Acrobat DC (not Reader) use the Rich Media toolbar > click Add Video

Drag on the page (optional: click Show Advanced Options)

Note: Selecting Add SWF will require Flash, so don't add a SWF file if you don't want them to use Flash!
