How to automatic lock the form on a specific date

Hello,

I want to create a few forms which should be automatically locked on a specific date.

A message should be visible to them that "Please contact the administrator to unlock the form".

Only I should be able to change that "Specific Date" to unlock the form and "Rest" a new date.

Please guide how we can create such forms.

Realistically, you can't.

You could do some 'fake' security using JavaScript to check the computer clock, but it's trivial to bypass and won't work at all if your audience is using another PDF viewer which doesn't run scripts.
