You posted to Using the Community (for questions about the forums). It almost sounds like you purchased the Premium version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mobile?
Please confirm. Also, are you on Android or iOS?

The reason we need to know is that is my suspicions are correct (and I don't know that they are) and you purchased Premium for Acrobat Reader Mobile, then you did not purchase from Adobe. Instead you purchased from Google Play (Android) or App Store (Apple) and they are the only ones who can help you with billing.
For Google Play:
For App Store:
If you purchased something else, tell us what it is. We cannot assist you with billing on this forum. Also, do not respond to PMs, as they are likely to be scammers.

Thanks for getting back to us Alessandra. Here's a little more info:
From the devnet page:
Cancellation fee and refunds
A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to Refunds from Apple for App Store or iTunes Store.

Most likely Adobe Acrobat Premium, Nancy, but we are waiting to hear back. If it is, then she should not contact Adobe, as she did not purchase from Adobe.

Could also be Premium Adobe Express in which case the OP should contact Adobe immediately.
