How to change font, size and font color in editable PDF

Hi, guys.

I created an editable PDF in Acrobat Pro DC to sell on Etsy as a digital download. Buyers will be editing it with the free version of Acrobat Reader DC, how can they edit font and size?

I see that other Etsy sellers mention Command E to bring up the property’s panel in order to do that. But in my PDFs this option doesn’t work.
