How to Disable Adobe Cloud storage and services

New Here ,
Mar 14, 2024 Mar 14, 2024

Hi Folks,
I am administrating Adobe Acrobat 23 and wondering how to disable all cloud related features. I did try to use the registry keys mentioned in discussions but they are no longer working!

Please guide me through how to completely disable any cloud storage or features available to end users.

Hi @syed22347345r0e7,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

There are six connector options for cloud storage which you can check and toggle the values in the registry.

You can refer to the documentation here for reference: Lockable Settings (https://adobe.ly/3Vs8yCC)

The below options should be checked for:

·         bBoxConnectorEnabled

·         bDropBoxconnectorEnabled

·         bGoogleDriveConnectorEnabled

·         bOneDriveConnectorEnabled

·         bToggleWebConnectors

The first four checkpoints should have a value of 0 while the last two from the list should have 1.

Hope this helps.
