How to set up Adobe Reader to save as a PDF when printing with no existing printer port

I have Adobe Reader installed, when I go to my printers and scanners Adobe PDF is not an option to use as an existing port. How do I create a new port or how else is this possible?

The printer Adobe PDF comes with Adobe Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.
