I can't shutdown my computer because I can't quit Acrobat Reader. Whaat should I do?

How can I shut down Acrobat Reader when it is frozen? It is interfering with shutting down my computer.

If you're on Windows press Ctrl+Alt+Del, open the Task Manager, select the application from the list of Processes (sort it by Name so it doesn't update all the time), and then click End Task to close it down.
