I cannot open pdf with adobe reader, but other pdf reader open

I can open the attached pdf with any other pdf reader like edge, but with adobe reader i get error

If the problem is on your end, you can: 

• Go to Help > Check for updates to make sure you are all patched up. (Reboot computer if Acrobat updates.)
• On Windows, try to repair the installation from the Help menu.
• If it still doesn't work, you can remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

If those steps don't help, it points to corruption in the PDF file.

Adobe are updated, and pdf is not corrupted, any other reader like edge or foxit open this whitout problem.

And no open with adobe in any computer
