I want to save my pdf file with a summary of comments

I received a pdf with comments and want to save the pdf with a summary of comments.  Once that is done I want to convert the document to word so I can respond to the comments.  How do I do this?

Go to File - Print and click the Summarize Comments button.

It can also be done (in a more customizable way) using a script, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Reader -- Create Comments Summary
