Hello,
First of all, I'm a Mac user. That could be important.
I have a Canon MFP which can print booklets and has its own options.
The options are available from all my programs suchlike Word, Pages or Preview.
But, when I try to print a booklet from Adobe Reader DC, the option is greyed out in my printer dialog box.
I can only chose the booklet printing options integrated in the Adobe software which offer less settings.
Does anyone know how to solve that ?
Thank you for your help 🙂

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20169 installed. Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, check with a different PDF file and see if the issue is limited to a specific PDF file.
You may also try to reset the Acrobat Preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Amal

Hello Amal,
Thank you for your answer.
I don't have the version 22.1.20169 but the 2022.001.20112 (maybe because it is the Pro one).
I cleared all preferences files and the behavior is still the same.
Regards,
Cesar.

Hi Cesar
Please try to update the application manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
Also, would you mind sharing the PDF file with us so that we can check it at our end?
Regards
Amal
