Information removed from printed document

I have a proof of income statement received by email and then downloaded. When printed, my name and the income amount contained in the statement is simply blank. Likewise, a proof of payment statement omits my name when printed.

Try printing the file as an image. If it still doesn't work you'll need to share a sample file for further help.

Thanks for the suggestion, it did not help. But I found a better solution:
deleting the adobe program allowed the document to be printed completely!
