limited access pdf doc does not open

PDF doc with limited access does not open after insertion of personal account info. Sirs, I'm trying to open a pdf doc with limited acces (access controlled by a remote server). To get access to the doc, it is required to insert personal account info. After insertion of info, a window appears saying that info inserted are not correct, try again. But info are correct... What to do ?
