Missing font(-s)

When opening the pdf file there are just a bunch of lines and a comment that the font YELIBH+Roboto-Regular can't be fetched.

Det går inte att hämta det inkluderade teckensnittet 'YELIHB+Roboto-Regular'. Vissa tecken kanske inte kommer att visas eller att skrivas ut på rätt sätt.

Please check and confirm if you receive the same error when opening other files as well.

Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the font and check.

Yes I have. I run a MAC with latest OS and the article you refer to doesn't help me. As it is a program from Geni.com where you can save a table in .pdf format I have also filed a complaint to their support. From your answers I understand that this problem is not know to Adobe?

This seems to be a file specific issue and there is limited support for the same.

However, please try launching the application and check if this font is embedded already.

If not, please refer to the articles in the link below to add the font and then try opening the file and see how it goes:
