Since upgrading to Acrobat Reader DC 2019.008.20071 users are unable to send a pdf via the send file as email attachment button on the adobe toolbar within Internet Explorer 11.
1. User opens a pdf within Internet Explorer
2. User fills in fillable fields
3. User clicks the envelope on the Adobe Reader browser plugin to have it open a new message in Outlook
4. Reader says The PDF document needs to be saved before continuing.
This functionality worked fine in Adobe Reader DC 18.011.20063

After applying the registry fix then the email icon function is restored to it's former purpose. You also should no longer need to save before sending.... I can edit a PDF (add comments etc...) and send as attachment without first saving the changes to the document.

We applied the registry fix and the email icon started allowing a completed form to be sent without requiring a save first.
Download the correct file.
Exit all acrobat processes.
As an administrator, run the registry merge file.
Open pdf form and test.

I have found that if you hit share before making changes to the PDF, then you can send after the changes are made. a little work around. Hope this makes sense.

Not sure if this helps everyone but I installed 2019.008.20081 for my enterprise client and the issue no longer occurs.
