I just got a brand new printer. I could print pdfs fine this morning from my laptop, but now when I try adobe is telling me my trial has ended and I have to pay for adobe. I just have the adobe reader. I have always been able to open and print pdfs before, why can I not now? The other messages I keep getting are:
"The document could not be printed, kindly use our page to troubleshoot. If you continue to face this issue kindly reach out to adobe support for assistance.
An error occurred while printing the document, kindly use our help page to troubleshoot. If you continue to face this issue kindly reach out to adobe support for assistance."
And every time I look into this it just says I need to pay for Adobe

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
Also share the screenshot of the error message or a small video recording of the steps an the issue for more clarity.
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check
Also go through the help page https://adobe.ly/4doWfOF and check

I am here now because I am having this same exact issue. I used to be able to print PDF files using Adobe too. And now they want to charge me monthly to just print a PDF file. Shame on them!
