New version adobe reader

Hello...I'm new to the community and I hope I can get the desired help...

In the last couple of months, I've downloaded the Adobe reader version ( I can't remember the exact version number) which added new changes, good interface changes, rearrangements, and some tool fixes.

Unfortunately, my laptop was formatted.. when I decided to download the latest version now all these changes are not found and its returns to the old layout and interface...So how I get this again

and this is from adobe website which show different UI changes (edit tool for example)

The first screenshot shows Adobe Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.

Where have you seen the second screenshot?
