If your screen isn’t big enough, try the Enter key for OK.

I'm having this issue as well. I can't seem to resize the preferences window (I'm on a PC, laptop, with a small screen). It cuts off the bottom of the screen where the "Save" button is, so I can't seem to save any new preferences. Why doesn't the window have dynamic sizing or a scroll bar to allow for different screen sizes? Oh wait, when taking a screenshot (see attached), it does have a scroll bar, but it won't scroll all the way to the bottom of the window. And no matter if I drag the top or bottom, it won't let me resize the window. How do I fix so I can view the whole screen?

Hi Nicole,

Please close the application and reboot the computer

Once done, launch Reader DC> open Preferences dialog and check back.

Let us know the result as well as the exact version of Acrobat Reader DC. Open Reader>help>about Reader DC

Thanks,

Akanchha
