Hi,
After some update of Adobe Reader i can't find anymore option to change arrow head color fill in comment tools. It used to be in line properties next to outline color/type options on the right sight of properties window. Now i see only option to change color fill of arrow and text field, that is common for them, in tool that have arrow and text box.
Right now it is filled with blue color at one PC, at other one is red and at third one is transparent...
I have no clue where to find that option...
The latest version that was pushed to the users in my company has the funtionality restored.

Was this ever fixed? I use green arrows in my work and because my fill color is stuck on red I'm now limited to a Christmas color theme. People rely on Acrobat to create professional looking PDFs, how has this issue not been fixed over three months later?

I'm having the same issue and frustrations as everyone. Really hoping to see a resolution on this, soon.

So I've notice the same thing, but it seems you can only change the fill color for individual arrows and not the default setting?? When the arrow tool is in use but a specific arrow is not selected, this is normally how you change the default options for arrows in general. When you select an arrow and change options, you're just changing the parameters of that specific arrow. However, the "More" option (which is where the fill color option is), is ONLY available when a specifc arrow is selected, making the default fill color unable to be changed.

You got no option to save current object parameters as default for choosen tool as below in latest Reader version, marked in red circle location of "defaulting" parameters?

Oh, yes I do thanks! I didn't know this option existed, I used to always set defaults by changing the settings while an object was not selected.
