Pages are grey and not showing

Everyone in the office has the same reader (XI 11.0.23).

Mine is the only one with a problem. The pages show up grey (like that cover when you select something. But nothing is being Selected). Or like everything is introverted. Such as black pen markings showing up blue.

I also found out recently, if I'm sent something with several pages, the first page will not show up. It will be completely empty, or missing words/markings/etc.

I don't know how to fix this.

Sounds like the pdf files are made from scanned images. You can fix that problem.

In Reader, go to Edit>Preferences>Page display>Page content and information and check the box that says "Show large images".
