Hello,
I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2015.020.20042 on Windows 10 Pro. Recently one issue has been annoying me. I have a habbit of leaving PDF documents open in Reader (not browser) in the evening and when I come back in the morning almost always there is at least one document that says "Insufficient data for an image". Symptoms also include missing some or all of the page content and at the end all I can see are blank white pages.
This page suggests Error Insufficient Data For An Image in Acrobat or Reader versions 9.5.2 or 10.1.4
Trying to reproduce the "Insufficient data for an image" just now I saw a "There was an error reading a stream" too and a block diagram in a datasheet is now showing up as blank. Then "There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document(109)." Earlier today the same documents were fine. I closed and opened the documents and they work fine again.
It seems my open PDFs go rotten if I wait long enough. Do I have to close all PDFs at least daily if not more often to avoid these error messages?

Hi Lakritsijuuri,
Sorry it has taken me so long to reply.
Could you please try installing the update for Reader and see if that works:
Launch Reader>click Help>select Check for Updates.
To download updates manually, please visit this link: Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows
Would it be possible to share the pdf file with us? I have sent you a private message for the same, please the check the inbox.
Thanks,
Shivam
