Pdf content Resolution issue

Hello;

I have downloaded one Pdf file and open in different different Browser.When i open in chrome its text are looking fine , but when i open same file in firefox or IE browser its text are looking blur.For  your refernce i have attached screen shot of both.

Now i am not able to decide it is browser issue or something else.Please update me as soon as possible.

What happens when you open the file in Acrobat Reader?

What about If i open in IE its by default selected IE browser in our product

Can you please once open this file into Firefox and check it again and update me its Firefox issue or else
