Hello,
we have hundreds installations of Windows 10/11 client computers running SAP GUI 7.60 / 7.70 with Acrobat Reader DC.
I was forced to block Acrobat Reader updates from the corporate firewall because each update is causing probems with PDF preview in SAP GUI. After updates pdf previews stay blank or sometime causing SAP GUI crashing.
I've already tried to disable security in SAP GUI and in Acrobat Reader but nothing change.
The only way to roll back is to uninstall Acrobat Reader and install the version 200132006.
Can some one explain to me why this happen? I'm wasting too much time to fix manually each computer with this problem.
It seeams that when i install my "stable" version it is in 32-bit but after update it become 64-bit.
Can it be the issue? If yes, how to solve it?
I've tried to ask to SAP but this is not a SAP issue, because I tried with different versions and patch levels.
Please I need a definitive solution.
Thanks

Hello,
thank you for the answer.
I'm testing the registry key fix and it seems to work.
Let me another two weeks to test and confirm if it works or not with new updates.
Thanks
