PDF Reader for IPC based HMI

I am trying to work out a PDF Reader solution for an IPC(windows) based HMI.

I need the PDF Reader to…With a button pressed on the HMI:
open in full screen,

Have touch screen capable navigation buttons

Page select would be nice (keypad pop up)

Ability to close the reader

NOT have access to the file structure (I don’t want the user to be able to navigate to anything through the pdf reader, I will set the pdf to open via the command that opens the reader)

It looks that you are asking OS related operations from the application. This is all OS responsibility.
