Pdf wird ohne Inhalt angezeigt

Beim Abspeichern meiner Ai Dateien werden die pdf neuerdings ohne Inhalt angezeigt. 
adobe reader hab ich bereits erneut installiert, dennoch selbes Ergebnis. Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben? LG

Would you mind sharing the exact steps/method to save an Ai file into PDF? The conversion from Ai to .pdf should have been placed correctly.

Are you able to open any other files in Adobe Acrobat Reader? Does it open fine?

For the pdf file converted from Ai, try disabling the following preferences settings and then try.

Windows: Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader
