Please help... can't use Adobe Reader because of constant BSOD errors

Hi,

I'd appreciate any help here.

I'm using Adobe Reader for work purposes and lately I'm completely unable to use it due to repeated BSOD errors caused by even clicking a single click on PDF file in order to preview it in Windows Explorer.

The error I'm receiving is Kernel Trap Mode.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15, 3000 series with Windows 10 64 bits installed.

I have an Intel Core i7-5500 @ 2.4GHz with 8GB RAM.

I have the following details about my error:

Again, would appreciate any help here, since apparently I can't reach Adobe for help other than this forum.

Thank you,

Update:

ummm, for now, it seemed I have solved my own problem

Following another thread I found here, I used the following MS install/uninstall solver in order to uninstall all Adobe Reader programs from my machine (which I was until than unable to due to a "no valid sequence could be found for the set of updates" error):

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Please Please Please Please help...

I can't open or even preview any Acrobat Reader document on my PC.

If there is any Adobe staff monitoring this community site - please.

Adobe does not provide any online or phone assistance, and I am using PDF files for my work.

I would appreciate any assistance here.
