Print out multiple files in booklet format

New Here ,
Apr 09, 2018 Apr 09, 2018

Hello, I need to print out more than 1000 pdf files. Each file contains different information, but same format.

Now, I would like to print out this files in a booklet format.

Do you have any idea to do it at once?

Currently, I have to follow the below process.

Open 20~30 files with adobe reader.

Set up the printer setting like size of paper, booklet mode..

Print the first file

(Close the first file)

Print the second file

(Close the Second file)

...

Open another 20~30 files again. since the adobe reader cannot open many files together.

I have to do this process over 1000 times..

because if I click the 'print button' on the window after right-clicking files, the files will be printed in the normal format with A4, 'Size' mode.., and so on..

I appreciate your help in advance.

Hi Minsubs,

As you need to print multiple PDFs at a time, it is not possible in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

It is a free software and has limited access to tools.

You may achieve this in Acrobat DC by creating an action.

Please refer threads below with the similar query:

- Batch Printing PDFs (and other files) using Acrobat 9

- Batch-printing many PDF-files

- PDF batch printing

- Batch Printing in Acrobat Pro XI (Print Production)

Check if you can get help from these.

Let us know if you have any question

Only the Pro version of Adobe Acrobat has batch processing capabilities, and even that is quite limited and might not be able to handle so many files in a single process.
