problem with a download on google play

To whom it may concern:

I am within writing to see if you could help me with your app that I purchased. I purchased the wrong app and i requested from google play a refund so that i can get the one i intentionally wanted to get. What i had purchased was the one that was $9.99 a month i think it was called the Adobe Acrobat Reader... the one I meant to get was $24.99 a month I believe because you got everything from the $9.99 one but much more. Now that makes more sense to me but google play are being tools about helping me with the situation. I don't see the big deal. Refund me the total that I was charged $10.81 so that I can turn around and spend $24.99 + tax makes sense to me smh.

We apologize for not being able to reply to your query on time.

Hoping the issue has now been resolved. We have checked your current Adobe account but couldn't find any subscription registered under it. You can purchase Adobe Acrobat DC subscription from Adobe's official website. Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

However, for the cancellation of the app purchase from Google Play Store, you need to contact to the Google support itself. Since the billing wasn't made to Adobe, so the cancellation and refund wouldn't be possible from our end. Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
