Problem with installing Adobe Acrobat DC Error 1651

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat DC on one of our computer in domain, but still have a problem like below.

Produkt: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Polish - nie mo|na zainstalowac aktualizacji 'Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

(18.009.20044)'. Kod bledu 1651

Error 1651 on Windows 10 64bit

I was trying already:

Uninstall Adobe Reader DC from Control Panel

Disable and delete policy on Domain Controller that should install Adobe Acrobat DC

Delete registry keys from regedit from lokal machine/ adobe and current user/adobe

milion of restart system

Install from online and offline installer.

Any help ?
