Problems with links in PDF

Hi, I am having trouble with links in PDF documents. I have converted Word-documents with several links into PDF (as I have done many times before - with no trouble), and some of the links are working, some are not. Anyone who can help? It has happened with two different documents today. Thankful for å quick respond, because these files are going out "yesterday"....  .

How did you create the PDF files? Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files.
