Hi Team,

we are unable to open the downloaded PDF Zip files and its prompting an error as " Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created". We have tried to extract the files to the same location but its prompting another error as per the below Screen shot.

Could you please check once and suggest us to fix this issues.

Thanks

Hemanth

To me it looks like the ZIP file is corrupt, but I'm no expert. I don't think this is an Adobe issue, but let's move this to the Get Started forum where someone might have a better idea.

You should warn the webmaster that this file is corrupted and ask him for a new one.

Looks like a "permission denied" problem. Maybe the file name is unacceptable (e.g. contains /). For another message, perhaps more clear, try dragging out of the ZIP folder to your desktop.

Hi Team,

we tried dragging out of the ZIP folder to desktop but  unable to extract completely. While processing it self a error will be prompted .
" An unexpected error is keeping you copying the the file.If you continue to receive this error, you can use error code to search for help with this promblem"

 Error:0x80004005:Unspecified error.

could you please suggest how to fix this issue and let us know in case of any further information required.

Thanks in advance

warm regards

Hemanth

There is certainly a problem but your test has shown it is not connected to Acrobat Reader.

This was fully explained Martin. A mistake had been made by the original questioner, assuming Acrobat Reader was to blame. But it isn't doing (or failing) the unzipping.
