Question re opening jpeg files

When i try to open my jpeg files i get a message from Adobe reader pdf advising that i can't open my files.  In order to open my jpeg i have to click on Open With Photos.  This is the first time this has happened and i don't know how to correct this.  HELP!

Not enough information to be sure, but this sounds like a files association problem. You can try right clicking on the icon of a JPG file, choose "Open with" and choose the program of your choice.

Keep in mind that Reader only opens PDF files. For JPG/JPEG you must use an image/photo viewing program.
