"Ett ritfel uppstod"

Question

"Ett ritfel uppstod" kommer upp så fort jag öppnar en PDF.

Kan inte heller se min muspekare i Acrobat DC - det är blankt i menyer - jag kan klicka på måfå för att se vart min muspekare är och därigenom flytta saker. "Spara som" gör att texten blir synlig - men musen är forfarande borta.

Mycket frustrerande - någon som har samma problem? Eller ännu hellre en lösning.

Sitter på Mac operativsystem Monterey - (har precis uppdaterat - felet fanns i förra operativsytemet också - tänkte att en uppdatering skulle kunna hjälpa. Jag har också prövat att avinstallera och om installera Acrobat - två gånger - felet kvarstå.

You can try these methods, which can help you with the issue.

- Try to Clean and Install by following these steps:

Run the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html),
Reboot the computer once
Reinstall the application using the direct link (https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/)

- Reset Preference. You can refer to this thread to know how to reset preferences:

If the issue persists, could you please help me with some information: -

1. Application Version.

2. OS version.
