Hello, our practice management system generates PDF letters that get emailed to other dentists. One dental practice keeps getting a "there was a problem while opening a stream" trying to open the letter on their end.
Thoughts?
I am checking to see if they have a different version of Adobe, and it they are trying to open the document directly from the email vs. downloading it first.

This error typically occurs due to a corrupted PDF file, incomplete download, or compatibility issues. Follow these steps to resolve it:
Download the Attachment First:
Do not open the PDF directly from the email. First, save the attachment to your device. Right-click the email attachment and select "Save As" to ensure the file is fully downloaded.
Disable Protected Mode in Acrobat Reader:
Preferences
> Security (Enhanced)
.Enable Protected Mode at startup
