Rasterizer Module Failed

Running the Reader app on a MacBook Pro. Can't start the app. "Initialization of the Rasterizer Module failed" message is returned.

As per our email conversation, the issue got fixed after the reinstallation of Reader on the machine. Thank you for sharing the workaround.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to launch the Adobe Reader app as you are getting an error "Rasterizer Module failed", Is that correct?

Hi Saulr,

If this problem still persists, i request you to trash your Reader(Please make sure to empty your trash as well off the reader) and reinstall from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions.
