Request e-signatures option not working

Hi

 

I have a  Adobe Pro Account. In that one of the service is Request E-signatures which is not working.

I use Google Chrome & Microsfot Edge browser and even cleared my history. Other options such as edit text, Export pdf etc pops up but when iclick on Requst e-signature it doesnt. Any recommendations?

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/3CZZL4N.
