Saving converted document in 'Export PDF'

In 'Export PDF' I convert document to Word. Then I click 'save as' but Adobe Reader DC closes down without letting me save. I have Adobe Reader DC Version 2015.023.20070 and Windows 10

After converting the document to word, is it trying to save the document to the document cloud or in the system?

As a work around try disabling the online storage by going the location-

Edit>Preferences>General> "Show online storage when saving files">OK

Try again, and if that works.

Let us know if this doesn't work.
