I have a Word document that contains screenshots saved as PNG files. Within Word, I saved the document as PDF. I can open the document on my Mac using Preview and it prints fine. If I open the document using Adobe Acrobat Reader 2018.011.20040, it appears fine on the screen but when I print, the screenshots are incomplete, missing items from the screen, missing the border, etc... I don't get an error message of any kind. I'm using OSX 10.13.4 and Word 16.13.1 for Mac. Any idea on how to remedy this?

It's not the print driver, because this occurred on multiple computers using several different printers.
The solution was that we had to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro. It puts another option, Print to Adobe PDF, in the print screen of Mac software.
