How can I configure Acrobat Reader to pop open a blank email when I click the envelope icon?
Just a couple of updates ago, I could click the envelope icon and Acrobat would open a new email for me to address with the document attached.
That worked great for my workflow - which requires reading many reports and sending them to others once approved.
The second-to-last update, several months ago, resulted in a pop-up menu just under the envelope that then I could click a choice and have the same blank email creation response. This 2-click process was a slight annoyance, but not a big deal.
This current edition, clicking the icon opens the "share" menu sidebar where I have to select Email and then select the application - webmail or default application.
This Send/Share process - while offering more options - is becoming increasingly tedious!
Please help or offer a "configure" option so I can set a choice that is truly then the "default" sharing method.
