Shipping label printing issues

I'm trying to print a 4 x 6 shipping label from a .pdf file.  The label is coming out the size of a postage stamp and sideways.  Can someone help me with this?  I'm about to scream!

You can't change the rotation, but under the Print dialog select the "Fit" option to print it at a large as possible size.
