Multiple Users - Multiple PDF files. Mixed Windows 7 32/64bit and 10. All versions of Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader. Since the update 18.11.2003x when opening a PDF within IE it's asking for a password. Chrome is not an option.
Our current workaround is removing all adobe apps and reinstalling before the update. Then disabling the auto update.
Looking for long term solution.
A Bug Report has been submitted but I have received No Response.

Was contacted today and there is a new Update that corrects this issue.
