Hi guys,
I went around the problem (print/scan, printscreen/paint worked as well), but had a very weird thing happening in Acrobat Reader DC and I am just curious. I was reviewing equipment reports generated by a lab equipment and extracting graphs from them, and one among the hundreds generated was impossible to copy with the embedded text in the graph (x labels and so on) - only the curve and box appears. When the full report is pasted, only frames, the naked graph and the logo are copied.
All the reports were created the same, by a print to pdf function, which somehow creates a jpeg and makes it a PDF (i guess). The text itself is impossible to highlight, it just behaves as an image for all the files.
Thanks

Hi Yulianne,
What is the document's original format? Is that a JPG file or how exactly you are creating PDF? Have you registered for any subscription to use Create PDF functionality?
Here is a detailed description of how Print to PDF works-Print to PDF
There could be a possibility that the document is secured and because of its security restrictions. Right Click on document>Documents Properties>Security >Content Copying is allowed or not?
