Some fields appear crowded when viewing / editing PDF

This is only happening one one PC - if the user emails the PDF to me I can view it fine....We are both using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Any idea how to fix this?

Make sure the other party has the latest version installed. If the error still occurs try to turn off the usage of local fonts by Reader.
