Speichern aus ADOBE Reader DC nicht möglich

Hallo die Runde!

Kann seit heute keine PDF mehr speichern. Es kommt nur ein leeres Fenster. Keine Fehlermeldung einfach nichts.

Verwende W10 64BIT aber die 32BIT Version von Adobe Reader DC.

Bis vor einigen Tagen hat noch alles geklappt.

Danke für Eure Hilfe.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the blank screen when saving the PDF file.

 

Please try the following settings and see if that works for you. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving the file' and 'Show online storage when opening the file' > click OK and reboot the computer once.

Please open the application and  go to Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving the file' and 'Show online storage when opening the file' > click OK and reboot the computer once.

In der deutschen Version: Adobe Acrobat Reader öffnen --> Bearbeiten --> Einstellungen --> Allgemein (erster Tab) --> Haken bei "Online-Speicher beim Speichern von Dateien anzeigen" rausnehmen. Das hat bei mit geklappt.

Leider funktioniert das bei mir nicht, habe die Einstellungen entsprechend übernommen und den Computer neu gestartet, aber es erscheint unverändert ein weißes Feld, wenn ich auf 'Speichern unter' gehe. Wie lässt sich das Problem lösen?

Entferne die beiden Haken Online-Speicher beim Öffnen von Dateien anzeigen und Online-Speicher beim Speichern von Dateien anzeigen. Dann sollte es klappen.
