Hello,

My computer was stolen.  I would like to have my license for Adobe Acorbat Pro deactivated on the stolen computer so I can re-activate it on my replacement computer.

Thanks,

Hello Jaimees,

We're sorry for the trouble and inconvenience caused, the record shows that you have Acrobat Pro version 12 perpetual license that is a serial number based product.

For the deactivation of the serial number from the old machine, you may take help from the Adobe article Activate and deactivate Adobe products

You may also contact the Adobe support team through Chat for assistance Contact Customer Care

Feel free to update this discussion for further assistance.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
