Iv purchased Adobe Acrobe Acrobat Reader premium for an annual 69.99 a year fee, but every time I get on it from my phone it says I'm a new user and I have to restore purchase I have done this approximately 7 times then a day or two goes by it works for a little while but then it happens again???

@brian_2701 you need to make sure you are signed into the correct adobe account that you got when you purchased, Adobe Acrobe Acrobat Reader premium. I have two different accounts, and I do get mixed up on both, so, if I am not logged into the correct account, nothing works for me. I would clear the history, cache and cookies on both devices and then log back in

We checked your account with the email address used to sign in on the community page. There is no active subscription listed under that account. Could you please share the purchase details, like the transaction or Order ID?
Also, please confirm if you use the same email address for the application as the one used on the community page here.
